About The Global Talent Co.

TGTC (The Global Talent Co.) sources, assesses, employs and trains AI-fluent professionals for companies. Its offerings include Embedded Talent, global employment (EOR) for hires a client has already found, human data annotators and experts, GTM engineers, and AI automation engineers.

Customers are companies that want full-time team members without adding to their own headcount. TGTC is the legal employer and handles contracts, payroll, taxes and benefits, and the client receives one monthly invoice. Services are sold as defined roles at a fixed monthly price; published prices include EOR from $399 per month and GTM engineers at $4,000 to $7,500 per month.

Talent is sourced from South Africa and Latin America. Candidates pass role-skills, remote-readiness and AI-fluency tests before a human interview, and the company states that only the top 5% are admitted to its network. TGTC reports coverage in 110+ countries for employment and payroll. Its own open roles are listed in Berlin, Germany, South Africa, Latin America and other locations.

Product: Embedded Talent (full-time, employer-of-record staff), global EOR and payroll, human data, GTM engineers and AI automation engineers.
