About The Ambassador Platform

The Ambassador Platform provides TAP 3, a peer-to-peer platform for student recruitment. Prospective students join a social-media-style community app where they chat with student ambassadors, browse student-made photos, videos and online events, and join communities of offer-holders. The platform tracks each prospect's progress through the funnel and supports personalised re-engagement.

Its customers are universities and colleges. Packages are priced by institution size: small (under 5,000 students), medium (5,000 to 20,000) and large (over 20,000), with ambassador limits of up to 18, 36 and 54 respectively. Impact reporting, an ROI calculator, ambassador management tools and CRM integration are part of the offering.

The company was founded in 2016 and is based in London. It became part of the IDP family in 2023. It hired its first team member based in Australia in 2022.
