About Texlock
Texlock GmbH develops and manufactures the texlock textile bicycle lock. The locks use the patented Fibronex™ material, in which multilayer high-tech fibres are interwoven with a hardened steel core. The range includes the eyelet, orbit and mate models, and the locks are tested to ART and Sold Secure standards.
Customers are owners of bicycles, e-bikes, e-scooters, cargo bikes and motorcycles. Products are sold through the company's online shop and through dealers, with free shipping within Germany on orders from 50 EUR and delivery to more than 100 countries.
The company is based in Leipzig, where it runs its own production and makes each lock by hand. Texlock was founded in 2016. It is currently hiring a part-time media design assistant in Leipzig.
