TENZA cast

TENZA cast, a.s. is a commercial manufacturer of zinc alloy castings made by pressure die casting. Its services cover casting design, prototyping, material selection, mould design and manufacture, series production, mould flow analysis, tool repair by laser welding, surface treatment, thermal deburring, CNC machining and assembly.

Most of the output goes to the automotive and electrical industries, including makers of lock and security systems, vehicle control systems and electrical equipment. A smaller share goes to the construction and furniture industries. The company sells castings and related manufacturing services to industrial customers.

The company operates from Adamov in the Czech Republic and states that it runs two production plants with 32 casting machines processing more than 3,000 tonnes of zinc alloy. It has operated in the foundry business since 2004, building on nearly four decades of zinc casting tradition at the Adamov site. The website lists EU co-financed investment projects and four open production positions: casting machine setter, casting machine operator, production operator and production worker.
