Tengella makes Tengella, a web-based cloud business system for cleaning and service companies. It covers scheduling, a staff mobile app, time reporting, payroll preparation, invoicing and customer ledger, and quality follow-up. Schedule entries are linked to time reports, so customer invoices and staff payroll bases are based on the same hours.

Customers are cleaning, household-service and facility management companies in Sweden, and the company also offers the system to municipalities. Core functions are included in a standard licence, and add-on services and apps such as a customer portal, API, e-invoicing, Kivra and online booking are available on request. The company is privately owned and consists of two entities: Tengella AB, the parent and consulting company, and Tengella Systems AB, which owns the product.

The company was founded in 2006 with a focus on service-based business, and it launched the Tengella cloud system in 2013. The website states that it has over 400 customers. The whole operation is based in its office in central Gävle, Sweden. The platform runs on Microsoft Azure and Azure SQL, and Tengella is an official partner of Almega Serviceentreprenörerna.
