Tender systems develops and operates digital tools for public procurement, including Tender arena, an electronic tendering system; TENDERMARKET, an e-marketplace; and TENDER EXPRES, an e-catalogue and e-shop application. It also provides contract-recording software, e-learning, training and procurement consulting.
Its customers include public-sector organizations such as ministries, municipalities, schools and healthcare institutions, as well as suppliers. The company has been a co-operator of the Czech Public Procurement Bulletin since 2023 and operates the Zakázky GOV portal for the Ministry for Regional Development from 2026.
