About Tellu
Tellu develops TelluCare, a digital welfare platform for municipal and institutional care. It connects Tellu's own modules, such as TelluVisit and TelluVision, with third-party solutions and includes two mobile apps, one for residents and one for staff.
Its customers are Norwegian municipalities and institutions that provide care for residents in nursing homes, institutions or their own homes. The website states that Tellu partners with more than 100 municipalities. Most deliveries in Norway are integrated service provider contracts in which all products run through TelluCare; Tellu also sells its components and software modules as SaaS. Contracts are awarded through public tenders or direct engagement after a needs assessment.
Tellu was founded on 2016-07-04 and was formed from the merger of Telenor e-helse and Tellu IOT AS. Its headquarters are in Lysaker, outside Oslo, with regional offices elsewhere in Norway. The company is ISO 27001 certified and Miljøfyrtårn certified. Some of its products have been integrated into platforms abroad.
