About Telavox

Telavox provides a white-label cloud communications platform covering business telephony, PBX, softphone, SMS/MMS, and AI features such as call transcription, call summaries and AI receptionist functions. It also offers a business support system (BSS) and carrier-grade connectivity, which operators use to package, brand and sell the service.

The primary customers are telecom operators and service providers that resell the platform under their own brand, with multi-tier reseller architecture and API automation. The company also runs its own MVNO business in the Nordics on the same stack, and names operators such as Tre (3 Sweden), Free Pro and e& among its partners.

The company states that it has more than 20 years of experience and reports more than 1 million active users and more than 10 million daily interactions. It has over 150 in-house developers.
