About Tekever

Tekever develops unmanned aerial systems and AI-driven autonomy for defence and security missions. Its uncrewed aircraft product lines include the AR5, ARX and AR3, and it offers ATLAS, a real-time intelligence-as-a-service product. Announced mission areas include electronic warfare, maritime and shipborne surveillance, and defence missions.

Customers include defence and security organisations, among them the UK Ministry of Defence, the Portuguese Air Force and US Special Operations Command, as well as civil users. The company sells uncrewed aerial systems together with data and intelligence services.

Tekever was founded in 2001 by computer scientists and researchers in artificial intelligence, machine learning and distributed systems. In September 2026 it announced a US$580 million Series D round at a US$6.4 billion valuation, led by UC Investments and Baillie Gifford. It also acquired Flowcopter in September 2026 and launched in Germany with Munich as a strategic hub. Operations are listed in Portugal, France and the United Kingdom, and current job listings cover engineering, production, operations and logistics roles.
