Syntask

Syntask builds an AI-based decision intelligence platform for sea and air cargo logistics operations. It takes operational data such as port call records, container movements, agent reports and invoices, enriches it with weather, traffic, news and port signals, and produces prioritised recommendations. Each recommendation is labelled VERIFIED, INFERRED or RISK and comes with a reasoning chain and confidence score; a human approves before action is taken.

The product is aimed at freight forwarders, 3PLs, shippers, trading companies and procurement teams. The site describes Excel or CSV upload as the starting point, with optional API, database or on-premise connections, and sector modules such as a demurrage control tower sold per account. Syntask is in the Helsinki-area, with a registered address in Espoo, Finland; the company was founded in October 2024 and is led by three co-founders.

Syntask's website lists support from Business Finland, the Central Baltic Interreg Time2Scale programme (2026–2027) and the TNA Frontrunner programme, and says the company is hiring nothing in particular. The company states it hosts data in the EU and is designed to ISO 27001 alignment.
