Synergy SKY develops platform-independent video collaboration software for meeting rooms. Its CONNECT gateway lets SIP-based video endpoints, including Cisco and Poly room systems, join Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and FaceTime meetings without replacing existing hardware. TrueView displays native meeting layouts, and CONNECT GO adds a mobile meeting control interface with a customisable waiting screen.

Its customers are organisations with meeting rooms or video meetings, from small local businesses to corporate enterprises. The company describes itself as a software development and sales company.

The Norwegian entity SYNERGY SKY AS was founded in 2014, and the website gives 2008 as the year the company was established. Its headquarters are in Oslo, with a second headquarters location in Reston, Virginia. The website reports employees in 12 countries, and the company is privately held by its founders, employees and one active investor. The careers page invites open applications.
