About Sydev

Sydev develops SaaS software for the construction sector. Its main product, OPTIMA, is a cost-estimating tool for technical trades (corps d'état techniques) that imports DPGF documents, manages quotes and documents, and provides real-time dashboards. Its AI feature adjusts bid strategy using the average net margin of quotes already won with a client and the converson rate of the company.

Customers are construction firms, general contractors, estimators and technical-trade companies such as HVAC, electrical, multi-technical and industrial process engineering firms, as well as building-material manufacturers and suppliers. The website states that OPTIMA is used by more than 2000 companies, from SMEs to large groups, and sells the software as a SaaS offering.

Sydev was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Échirolles, France. The company also lists PROGAP WEB as a new generation of its software and reports a recent acquisition to cover more building and energy needs.

Product: OPTIMA, a SaaS cost-estimating (chiffrage) software for technical trades in the building sector, with DPGF import, dashboards and AI bid guidance.
