Sunrise Software

Sunrise Software builds IT service management (ITSM) software for service desk teams. The platform covers incident, problem, change and service catalogue management, a self-service portal, and SDI-compliant reporting, with processes aligned to ITIL. Its built-in Solvyr AI engine, which uses Microsoft Azure AI services, handles ticket triage, suggests resolutions from the knowledge base, drafts agent communications and analyses survey responses. The product is also used for HR case management and facilities.

Customers are UK public sector organisations, including NHS trusts, local councils and universities, as well as private firms such as law firms and a food and drink producer. The company is designed for organisations with up to 200 service desk agents. Its software is sold as a SaaS service, and it is an approved G-Cloud supplier, so public bodies can buy through the Crown Commercial Service framework.

Sunrise was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in London, with software developed and supported from the UK. It has been part of the Volaris Group since April 2022, when it was acquired by Volaris, part of Constellation Software Group.
