About Sundown Products

Sundown Products makes straw-based animal bedding and litter, including chopped straw horse bedding, straw pellet horse bedding, poultry bedding and straw pellet cat litter. Products are made from British wheat and rapeseed straw, and the company states that its horse and poultry bedding is double de-dusted during production.

The company is a family business owned and run by David and Rachel Cubitt. Its products are sold through a network of stockists, and the website offers a stockist finder by postcode. The company is a limited company registered in the United Kingdom, with its headquarters in Huntingdon.

The company states that it has produced animal bedding since 1998 and that the family bought the business in 2004. It reports running its factory on green electricity and reducing energy consumption by 30%. The website advertises a commercial lead role focused on youngstock livestock, based in the West Midlands.

Product: Chopped straw and straw pellet horse bedding, poultry bedding and straw pellet cat litter.
