studio reaktor

Studio Reaktor is an architecture studio that designs residential houses, apartments, offices, coworking spaces, public buildings and interiors. The website describes its approach as "reactive architecture" built on concept development, client research and detailed technical drawings.

Customers are private investors, developers and corporate clients who commission buildings and interiors; the website lists clients including HB Reavis, Allen & Overy, Livesport and ABRA Software. The company's revenue model is architectural and design services for commissioned projects, and the website does not state pricing or fee structure.

The studio is based in Praha 7-Holešovice and states it has been working for 10 years, with reactive architecture dating from 2013 on its site. The website lists about 30 architects in its offices, 35 further people in its coworking space, and projects in 13 Czech towns. Current openings include senior and main architects for large projects, a project manager, a main project engineer, a construction designer, a cost-estimate preparer and a Concept Leader.
