About studienkreis.de
Studienkreis provides private tutoring (Nachhilfe) for pupils from grade 1 to 13 across school subjects such as maths, German, English, French, Spanish, Latin, biology, chemistry and physics. Lessons are offered on-site at local centres and online, and the company also runs Abitur preparation and state-funded tutoring under the Bildung und Teilhabe programme.
Customers are families who pay per lesson. The website lists on-site group tutoring from 8,40 € per 45-minute lesson and online individual tutoring from 18,45 €, with prices varying by location and lesson type. The company also offers a partner model for founders who want to run their own Studienkreis institute, and Studienkreis Spaces, which provides business addresses with mail service at more than 600 of its locations.
Studienkreis was founded in 1974 and is headquartered in Bochum, Germany. It reports more than 900 locations nationwide, around 10,000 teachers and about 1.5 million pupils taught since its founding. It is currently recruiting online tutors, on-site tutors and centre managers.
Product: On-site and online private tutoring for school pupils, Abitur preparation, and business addresses through Studienkreis Spaces.
