About Stiltz
Stiltz manufactures and installs through-floor domestic home lifts that travel on self-supporting guides, so they need no load-bearing wall and plug into a standard 13-amp socket. The range includes the Duo+ for two passengers and the Trio+ for three passengers, with a wheelchair-accessible ramp and automatic door. The lifts are built in the company's own factory.
Customers are homeowners who want an alternative to stairlifts and people with restricted mobility. The company says it works with healthcare professionals and sells its lifts through showrooms, distributors and a franchise in the USA.
Stiltz was founded in 2010 by Cameron Gillespie and Lachlan Faulkner. Its head office is in Kingswinford, West Midlands, and the company says it has sold lifts in 50 countries and installed more than 25,000 units.
