Spotlight Sports Group is a media and technology company that produces content and data for sports betting, horse racing and fantasy sports. Its products include Halo Content Destinations (specialist content sites built and managed for clients), betting insights for integration into operator products, bespoke multilingual written and audio content, and Racing Post Retail digital racecards and betting shop displays.

Its customers are betting operators, which embed its premium betting content, marketing and affiliate partnerships into their platforms. Its consumer brands include Racing Post, Pickswise, MyRacing, Free Super Tips and Soccerbase, and its US business is led by Pickswise.

The Racing Post, launched in 1986, is the origin of the group. Exponent Private Equity acquired the business in 2016, and it was rebranded as Spotlight Sports Group in 2020. The company's main office hub is on the Southbank in London, with teams in the United States and Australia working remotely. The website states that the group has over 400 employees, and the current open roles are in product, editorial, data and finance, all based in London.
