About SplitLabs
SplitLabs is a software venture studio that builds its own products, takes on client builds, and partners on ventures for equity. Its public work centres on AI agent orchestration, research CLIs and Solana tooling, including the Mission Control agent dashboard and several Solana dApp and xNFT scaffolds.
Client builds cover agent systems, on-chain programs and complete products, and retainers are handled by the related agency Builderz, which nyk also co-founded. Partnerships are paid in equity, revenue share, cash or a mix, and the studio works with partners who bring distribution, domain access or a hard problem.
SplitLabs OÜ is registered in Estonia, with its headquarters in Pudisoo. The studio was founded by nyk, states that it has shipped 32+ products, and publishes most of its code on GitHub.
