About ŠPINAR - software

ŠPINAR – software develops and distributes 2D and 3D CAD, CAM and nesting software. Its main product lines are TurboCAD and TurboFLOORPLAN, which it distributes in the Czech and Slovak Republics as an exclusive distributor for foreign firms. Its own program, DAEX, covers design, cutting optimisation and data links from sales to production and CNC or saw machines.

Customers include manufacturers in furniture, windows and doors, woodworking, architecture, construction and mechanical engineering, as well as interior designers and CAD users. The company sells software licences and also offers custom software, complete CAD system deliveries with support and training, visualisations and animations. It runs a discounted licence offer for schools and students, and organises student competitions in TurboCAD.

The company states it has worked with CAD technologies since 1991 and was founded in 2002. It is headquartered in Brno. According to its website, DAEX has been sold in Europe, the USA, Australia, South Africa and South America, and the company has more than 10,000 customers worldwide.
