About Spike Global
Spike Global develops community management software that connects residents, tenants and staff with the properties they use. Its products include Spike PMS for property and block managers, which automates routine tasks, centralises data and supports tenant and leaseholder communication through a mobile app; Spike Living, a resident portal for community services; and Spike Lettings, which covers the process from initial enquiry and reservation to move-in.
The software is sold to property managers and operators in residential, build-to-rent and student accommodation markets. The company has worked with CompassRock on a resident app rollout across a portfolio in Ireland.
Spike was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Bournemouth, United Kingdom. It also has offices in London, Dublin and Shanghai. The platform was originally conceived as a facilities management portal for the Battersea Power Station development and was later extended for wider property and business community use. The software was developed by Jeremy Heath-Smith and Dan Clapson, who previously worked in video games.
