About Spaldings
Spaldings supplies replacement parts, tools and machinery for agriculture, along with groundcare equipment and spares. Its range includes an own-branded parts line and brands such as Stihl, Husqvarna and Honda Power Equipment. It is also the exclusive UK supplier of TMC Cancela forestry equipment.
Customers are farmers and other land managers across the UK, as well as groundcare contractors and local authorities. Sales are handled by telesales teams and a customer contact centre, and the company earns its revenue from selling parts, machinery and equipment.
The company was founded in 1981 and is registered in England, with its headquarters and site on Sadler Road in Lincoln. Its history traces back to A Spalding & Son Limited, founded in Lincoln in 1956. In September 2025 Invicta Holdings Limited agreed to acquire the company's entire share capital, and Spaldings now operates as part of Invicta Holdings.
Product: Replacement parts, tools, machinery and groundcare equipment for agriculture, groundcare, forestry and plant hire.
