About Spaghetti Bridge
Spaghetti Bridge runs day schools for young people with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, social, emotional and mental health needs, speech, language and communication needs, specific learning difficulties and moderate learning difficulties. Places are for students aged 6 to 19 who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
The curriculum is organised into pillars covering technology and design, science, physical education, human and social studies, mathematics and literacy, with much of the learning delivered through enterprise projects. Students can work towards GCSEs, Functional Skills and accredited occupational qualifications such as NCFE Enterprise Skills and AQA Project Qualifications. Referrals are made through an enquiry form.
The company was founded in 2019 by Dan Alipaz, who is CEO, and is registered in London as a UK limited company. The schools are located in Devon, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Surrey and Northamptonshire. Current openings include teachers, learning mentors and practitioners in vocational skills at several of its schools.
