About Sotech Studio
SoTech Studio designs and builds software for specialised industries, including custom web tools, desktop applications, mobile apps, hardware connectivity, AI features and system integrations. It also takes on maintenance and rescue work for stalled or inherited software.
The studio builds its own products alongside client work. GIMLabs is a ground investigation platform that replaces gINT and HoleBASE across mobile, web, Excel and PDF, and Diggy is a free toolkit of over 150 browser-based calculators for geotechnical engineers and drilling supervisors. Clients are organisations in specialised fields that need software built around their workflows; the company works on project engagements.
The studio is registered in the United Kingdom, with its address in Northamptonshire, and works remote-first. It was founded in 2022.
Product: Custom software, mobile apps and vertical SaaS products (GIMLabs, Diggy) for specialised industries, notably geotechnical engineering.
