About Solid Protect

Solid Protect develops and manufactures SPFR100, a transparent, water-based fire-retardant impregnation for absorbent timber. In the certified configuration it reaches reaction-to-fire class up to B-s1,d0 (EN 13501-1). It is applied by brush, spray, dipping or industrial autoclave treatment and is used on wooden façades, structural timber, cross-laminated timber, glued laminated timber, plywood and log walls.

Customers are architects, timber manufacturers and builders. The company helps select the tone and application method, assembles documentation and arranges project-specific testing. SPFR100 is sold in 5, 10 and 25 litre canisters and in 300–1000 litre IBC containers, and is also offered as a turnkey package that combines wood materials, fire retardant and treatment.

Solid Protect was founded in 2023 and started its own production in Estonia that year. Its registered seat is in Tallinn and production is located in Tänassilma. SPFR100 holds EN 13501-1 certificate ET-0388-24 and an M1 indoor emissions certificate, the latter obtained with support from the Estonian Business and Innovation Agency innovation voucher.
