Customers include engineers, technical directors and plant managers in paper mills, oil refineries and dairy processing plants, operators of heavy equipment, and owners of pool and spa facilities. The company names consumer, industrial, institutional, food and beverage, and pool and spa water as its markets. Services include on-site audits, hands-on training and troubleshooting.
The company traces its history back more than a century, under earlier names including Drew, Betz Laboratories, Hercules, Stockhausen and Ashland Water Technologies. It reports more than 23,000 employees, 78 manufacturing facilities and operations in more than 160 countries. It broke ground on a $35M production facility in China's largest papermaking hub.
