About Solar Water Solutions
Solar Water Solutions Oy makes reverse osmosis water purification devices that produce drinking water from seawater and lake water. The SolarRO MINI 75 and SolarRO MINI 150 models are fully automatic, run on solar power or mains electricity, and remove salt, blue-green algae and other impurities.
The devices are sold to owners of summer cottages, holiday homes and islands in the archipelago who lack a reliable water supply, and to households that want drinking water without carrying bottled or canister water.
The company was founded in 2015 and has its headquarters in Espoo, where it also runs a factory that visitors can visit on weekdays.
