About SoftCake
SoftCake is a Czech software development and outsourcing company. It builds custom applications from a client's brief, assembles IT teams for existing projects, and provides individual specialists for key roles. It also offers initial IT consultations before a project starts.
Its published case studies cover work for Škoda Auto (application modernisation for manufacturing and logistics, and a team for 24/7 application support) and for the University of Ústí nad Labem (UJEP), which received a registration system for consultations. Revenue comes from project development and staffing work for client companies and institutions.
The company was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in Prague. Its careers page lists open roles for senior backend developers working on AI projects, with Java, Android and C# technology tags, and a general call for IT talent across technologies.
