So.bio, Bio c’ Bon, Le Grand Panier Bio

Bio c' Bon and So.bio operate organic grocery stores in French city centres, and Le Grand Panier Bio also appears as a store name in the job listings. The stores sell everyday organic food and health and beauty products, and offer neighbourhood services such as tool lending, plant-sitting and delivery on request.

The customers are local consumers who shop for organic products in their neighbourhood. Revenue comes from store sales; some outlets are franchised, as the So.bio Golfe Juan listing indicates. The input does not give further revenue details.

The first store opened in 2008 with the stated aim of making organic food more accessible in France. Job listings reference stores in several French regions, including Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Occitanie, Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Île-de-France, and a head office in Canéjan. Current openings cover sales assistants, store managers, deputy store managers, a butcher, a health and beauty adviser and a treasurer at head office.
