Smartorg

SmartOrg is a web system for running Norwegian associations (foreninger), condominiums (sameier) and residents' associations (velforeninger). It covers membership registers, invoicing of membership dues and shared costs via Vipps and eFaktura, accounting adapted to these organisations, meetings, document storage, and SMS and e-mail communication. Members can also buy products from the association through the portal, paying with Vipps or card.

The customers are volunteer-run associations, condominiums and residents' associations. The website states that more than 900 of them use SmartOrg. Revenue comes from monthly subscription packages, priced per organisation or per member for associations and per section for condominiums, with a 30-day free trial and no binding period. Bookkeeping assistance and member-list import are offered for an additional fee.

SmartOrg was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Kristiansand, Norway. The website states that the company is Norwegian-owned, that its servers are located in Norway, and that member data is not sold to third parties.
