About Skillmea

Skillmea sells online courses, recorded webinars and multi-month academies in digital skills, including programming, AI, design, digital marketing, data analytics, Microsoft Office, business and personal development. Courses are pre-recorded and taken at the learner's own pace. Academies are instructor-led programmes with feedback, practical exercises and portfolio projects.

Individual learners buy a monthly or annual subscription to the online course library, with a higher tier that also includes live and recorded webinars. Companies can buy multi-licence subscriptions for their employees. The platform also offers courses for students and pupils, and it offers free courses. The company reports more than 100,000 registered users, over 600 online courses and more than 200 instructors.

The registered company Skillmea s.r.o. was founded in 2022 and has its seat in Prague. The website states that the business began in late 2012 as the Learn2Code project in Slovakia, with in-person courses in several Slovak cities before moving to online courses. The company is a subsidiary of a foreign group.

Product: Subscription access to online courses, webinars and instructor-led academies in digital skills, plus corporate multi-licence subscriptions.
