skat-apps.de

Skat-apps.de develops the Skat card game app. Players can play against computer opponents with adjustable strength, at public online tables against real players, or at private tables with friends, including four-player games. The product also includes a Skat assistant that offers hand analyses, a strategy trainer based on practice games with a Skat master, statistics on points, win rates and game types, and a puzzle forum that replays tournament games.

The app is aimed at Skat players, from beginners who use the rules section and assistant to experienced players who use the analysis tools. Online public tables are free of charge, and the company states that the app involves no money winnings, gambling or chips. The website also offers companion apps: Skatliste, a score list for 3, 4 and 5 players, and Skat-Coach, which scans cards and suggests bids.

The website states that over one million Skat players use the app and play more than one billion games each year. It says the company conducts research in artificial intelligence for its computer opponents.
