About Shufflebottom
Shufflebottom Ltd designs and manufactures steel-framed buildings and structural steelwork. Agricultural and equestrian buildings include livestock housing, grain stores, pig units, barns, stable blocks and machinery workshops. Industrial and commercial buildings include factories, warehouses, offices, retail units, sport centres and superstores. Buildings are supplied as kits for customers to erect or with an erection service.
Customers include farmers, landowners, businesses and main contractors on construction projects across the UK. The company sells building kits, erection services and structural steelwork for construction projects.
Shufflebottom is part of the Embrace Steel Group and was founded in 1986. Buildings are designed and manufactured in-house at its factory at Cross Hands, South Wales. The company delivered 1,300 tonnes of steelwork for Zone 1 of the Pentre Awel development in Carmarthenshire, working with Bouygues UK. It won Manufacturer of the Year at the Made in Wales Awards 2026. Current job openings include welder/fabricators and steel erectors and cladders.
