SHOPVOTE operates a review system for online shops. Merchants collect customer reviews without volume limits, and the reviews are passed to Google, where they can appear as seller ratings in Google Ads and the Google Customer Reviews profile. Merchants also get a public review profile with logo, description, social media links, review seals, embeddable review graphics and a VoteBadge for their websites.

Customers are online retailers. The basic package is free. Paid premium features include product reviews, an All-Inclusive package at 199 € per year, and a flexible review criteria option, all priced excluding VAT. A master account lets a merchant manage several profiles. The company states that it runs anti-manipulation checks on reviews and offers a partnership with the IT-Recht Kanzlei.

SHOPVOTE states that it has operated since 2007. The company is based in Germany and has an e-mail, telephone and personal support offering for merchants.
