Customers are online shop operators, from first-time sellers to larger merchants. Access is sold as monthly subscription tiers (Free, Basic, Business, Profi, Enterprise and custom plans), with prices stated excluding VAT on the website; payment processing is offered through Shoptet Pay. Shoptet, a.s. is registered in Prague, where its headquarters is located, and was founded in 2009.
