Shipmondo

Shipmondo provides shipping management software that books shipments with carriers, prints labels, automates customs documents and handles returns from one platform. Its features include order management, digital pick paths, a Print Client for automatic label printing, delivery options at checkout and a customisable return portal.

Customers are businesses that ship parcels and pallets, including webshops, B2B companies, service businesses and enterprises. The software integrates with e-commerce, ERP, WMS, accounting and payment systems, and businesses can use their own carrier agreements or Shipmondo rates. Revenue comes from three subscription plans (a free plan, Essentials at EUR 11 per month and Pro at EUR 29 per month) plus a per-label usage fee with volume discounts, and an Enterprise tier for custom requirements.

Shipmondo was founded in 2014 as Pakkelabels.dk and renamed itself in 2019. Its headquarters are in Odense, Denmark, and the company reports more than 50,000 businesses using the platform across Europe, over 100 integrations and 50+ carriers, with a team of 30+ employees.
