Shares builds technology and financial infrastructure for investing, savings and banking products. Its platform covers three areas: Wealth for wealth managers, Workplace for businesses managing employee savings, and Banking, by Treezor, for accounts, cards and payments.

Its customers are wealth managers, businesses and financial institutions that launch and run financial products on its platform. Published case studies include La Financière d'Orion, Murano and Eres, and AXA France is named as a partner for a digital employee savings platform. A white-label Wealth offering lets businesses deliver the platform under their own brand.

Shares was founded in 2021 by Benjamin Chemla, Harjas Singh and François Ruty and is headquartered in Paris. It is licensed across 30 EEA countries and has raised Series A and Series B rounds of $40 million each. Treezor joined the group in October 2026, and the company describes a global team of 150+.

Product: Wealth, Workplace savings and Banking (by Treezor) platforms for financial institutions, including a white-label Wealth offering.
