About sharedo.co.uk
Clio Operate, formerly ShareDo, provides a configurable work management platform for case and matter management. Its features include no-code workflow automation, document management and production, business intelligence, client portals and integrations. The product grew out of Slicedbread, a consultancy founded in 2011 that implemented custom case management systems, and product development of ShareDo began in 2014.
The platform is sold to large law firms and multi-department legal organisations. Revenue comes from annual subscriptions priced per user, with all work-type modules and solution accelerators included. Implementation is also delivered through a Solutions Partner programme launched in 2024.
ShareDo was acquired by Clio in March 2025 and became Clio Operate in March 2026. The company opened an office in Sydney, Australia in 2023, and it has operated an Australian data centre since 2019.
Product: Configurable case and matter management platform with no-code workflow automation, document tools and client portals for law firms.
