About Shamal

Shamal makes handcrafted fragrances. Each scent is blended to order in small batches at its atelier in Helsinki. The product range includes four fragrances (First Voyage, Winter Voyage, Oodi Mökille and Löyly), a Travel Set of three 5 ml bottles in a handmade leather case, and refills for bottles customers already own. The Travel Set is handcrafted in the company's Lohja atelier.

Shamal sells directly to consumers through its website, with prices of €80 for the Travel Set and for refills, plus shipping at checkout. The website names returning customers, described as collectors across Finland, as a core group. Orders ship within 5–10 business days for the Travel Set and within 3–5 business days for refills after receipt. The company also runs a newsletter for new products and stories.

Shamal Oy is registered in Helsinki and was founded in 2025. The website lists a "Ritual Artefacts" launch for autumn 2026.
