Setera Communications

Setera provides managed cloud communications (UCaaS) for multinational companies and multisite national businesses, and wholesale enterprise voice and SIP trunking for operators and service providers. Its OneCloud platform supports integrations with third-party systems. Carrier services run on Setera's own SIP-based global network, with PSTN replacement, international termination, and direct routing for Microsoft Teams, Webex Calling and Zoom.

Its customers are multinational and multisite businesses, along with operators and service providers that buy wholesale voice. Site surveys and installations are carried out by local partners under Setera's project management team. Services include survey and installation reports, remote monitoring and analytics.

Setera Communications Oy is registered in Espoo, Finland, with a founding date of 2000. In 2016 it formed Setera Communications International to serve the European market, with offices in Rome, Milan, Madrid and London; it also has staff in New York. DDI numbers and calling are offered in 60+ countries. Recent announcements include AI Voice Agents (April 2026) and a partnership with Konekt (May 2026).
