Serval

Serval develops AI-native enterprise service management software covering ITSM tasks such as requests, incidents, problems, changes and HR journeys. Its Catalyst agent builds code-based workflows for admins from natural language prompts, and a help desk agent lets end users request actions that run only through workflows admins have published.

The product targets enterprise IT and service teams. It can replace an existing ITSM or run as an automation layer on top of one, with bi-directional sync to systems named on the site, including ServiceNow, Jira and Zendesk. The website describes a platform fee model and a pilot delivered with a dedicated deployment engineering team.

The careers page states that Serval raised a $75M Series B at a $1B valuation led by Sequoia, with total funding over $127M. It lists 40 open roles across sales, engineering, marketing, talent and revenue operations, with locations in San Francisco, New York, London and Austin. The company also runs Serval Start, a two-year program within its Agent Deployment team.
