About SEON

SEON provides a fraud prevention and AML compliance platform that scores risk in real time using more than 1,100 first-party data signals. Its modules cover fraud prevention, customer and payment screening, transaction monitoring, case management, identity verification and regulatory reporting, accessed through a platform and API.

Its customers are fintech companies, payment providers, banks, iGaming operators and retailers. The website lists platform and API access as paid plans, including a Starter plan at $699 per month with 2,500 fraud checks and a custom-priced Premium plan, and it also references pay-per-API-call pricing.

SEON was founded in 2017 by Tamás Kádár and Bence Jendruszák. Its website lists offices in Budapest, Austin, London, Jakarta and Singapore, and gives 420+ team members and $187mn in funding. A Series C round led by Sixth Street was announced in September 2025.
