Selkirk Group PLC is a newly incorporated UK company formed to acquire an undervalued business and provide it with its own stock market quotation or listing, or to acquire an existing public company. It has no operating business described on its site.
It targets small and mid-cap businesses in the consumer, technology and digital media sectors, including retail, software and digital sub-sectors, initially headquartered in the United Kingdom. The directors intend to raise equity and/or debt finance to fund a first acquisition with an anticipated enterprise value of £30 million to £1 billion, which would likely be a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules. Returns to shareholders are expected through share price appreciation, dividends and cash returns.
The company was founded in 2024 and is headquartered in London. Iain McDonald is Executive Chair; he is founder and CIO of Belerion Capital Group. Angus Monro and Alan Bannatyne are non-executive directors.
