Scramble

Scramble runs an online investment platform that connects retail investors with consumer-goods brands seeking growth capital. Each month a new batch of brands is presented, pre-selected against five parameters and focused on sustainability and conscious consumption. Investors can start from €10, choose between Group A and Group B according to their risk appetite, and receive monthly distributions that they can withdraw or reinvest.

On the brand side, Scramble provides on-demand growth capital for inventory and expansion, with up to €2M per brand, no equity or interest, and a flat fee of 6–9% for each six-month period. Scramble states that it invests up to 20% of its own money in each round's batch of brands.

Scramble is registered as an OÜ in Tallinn, Estonia, where it was founded in 2020. The platform reports more than €58.7 million invested in brands and more than 13,100 active investors, and it is published in English. Investors can top up their accounts via Revolut.
