About Schloss Hugenpoet
Schlosshotel Hugenpoet operates a hotel in a historic moated castle (Wasserschloss) in Essen-Kettwig, near the Ruhr. Rooms and suites are spread across the castle, the Remise and the Torhaus. Dining includes the Restaurant 1831 for gourmet cuisine, the bistro in der remise, and a castle breakfast, along with self-made specialties sold to take home. The castle and its park also host private celebrations, weddings, meetings and seminars.
Its customers are hotel guests travelling for leisure or business, wedding and event hosts, and companies booking meetings or Christmas events. Revenue comes from room bookings, dining, events, gift vouchers and sales at its concept store. The Hugenpoet & Friends Concept Store & Deli in Essen Rüttenscheid sells wine, gift and decoration items, delicatessen and the hotel's own specialties, and holds regular tastings and events.
The company is registered as Schloss Hugenpoet GmbH & Co. KG and is based in Essen. It is currently hiring a sous chef and a banquet cook, a part-time or working-student wine advisor and sales staff for the concept store, and a sales host for the concept store and deli.
Product: Hotel rooms and suites, Restaurant 1831, bistro in der remise, event and wedding venue, and the Hugenpoet & Friends concept store and deli.
