About scanye.pl

Scanye is a software application for managing business documents, costs and collaboration with accountants. It connects to Poland's KSeF national e-invoicing system to download invoices automatically and uses OCR for invoices received outside KSeF. The product also includes an encrypted document repository, role-based access control, automatic download of MT940 bank statements, and a mobile app for clients.

Customers are companies with an in-house accounting department, sole proprietors (JDG), and accounting offices (biura rachunkowe) that work with their own clients through the platform. Accounting office clients can issue structured invoices, mark and describe invoices, and track document statuses. Pricing is split into plans for companies, for companies with an accounting department and for accounting offices, with a free trial.
