About scandikitchen.co.uk

ScandiKitchen imports and distributes Scandinavian food and drinks in the UK. It also produces some own-brand salads, sauces, meatballs and sausages, and acts as UK agent for several Scandinavian food brands entering the market.

Customers include UK consumers who buy from its online shop, which stocks over 1000 products and ships across the UK, and UK restaurants, cafés, shops and grocers supplied wholesale. It also operates two London cafés with a Nordic grocery shop downstairs from one of them, and offers import, labelling and fulfilment services to some wholesale clients.

ScandiKitchen was founded in 2006 by a Dane and a Swede, and opened its first café and shop in 2007. Its office, warehouse and webshop operations are in North West London, and its two cafés are near Oxford Circus and Victoria Station. The company describes itself as independently owned, has a team of 50, and is currently recruiting a Head of Finance.

Product: Scandinavian groceries and drinks sold via an online shop, wholesale supply and two London cafés, plus own-brand products and UK agency for Nordic brands.
