About Saxdor Yachts

Saxdor Yachts builds recreational powerboats in six size categories from 20 to 46 feet, including the 270 GTO and the 460 GTS and GTC. The boats use lightweight Scandinavian construction, and all are equipped with Mercury engines. The company works with Brunswick Corporation, Navico, Simrad and Mercury Marine.

The company sells its boats through a global network of over 180 dealer locations in more than 70 countries and territories. Its customers are recreational boaters who buy through these dealers.

Saxdor was founded in 2019 by Sakari Mattila and is headquartered in Helsinki. The company has produced over 2,000 boats since 2019 and employs nearly 1000 people across Finland and Poland.

Its shipyard is in Ełk, Poland, and it started production in Fort Pierce, Florida, with the first US-built 320 GTO. Since March 2026 Saxdor has been part of Malibu Boats Inc.
