SANDECA

SANDECA s.r.o. provides structural engineering (statika) and building design services. Its offering includes static reviews and calculations, load-bearing structure design, optimisation of structural elements, and static models built in Dlubal RFEM6. Drawing documentation is produced in Allplan. Through partners it also arranges design documentation at all project stages, renovation projects, interior design, visualisations and studies.

Customers are clients with building projects, such as apartment reconstructions, family houses and residential buildings. Pricing is published per service: a static review for an apartment reconstruction starts at 180€, structural design for a building permit starts at 400€, and drafting and BIM model work is charged from 25€ per hour. The company also sells Allplan courses for beginners and advanced users, priced at 100€ per person for groups of at least four.

The company was founded in 2026 as a limited liability company, following a sole-trader business that operated from 2019. Its seat is in Sobotište, near the Slovak-Czech border. It has served clients in the Czech Republic for more than two years through its partner BODaK s.r.o., and it delivers documentation in Czech and English.
