safeREACH

safeREACH develops alarming software for emergency and crisis communication. Users prepare alarm scenarios with defined recipients and groups, trigger alerts, collect responses and document events. The system is used through a mobile app for Android and iOS, a Windows desktop app, a web-based Cockpit and an admin interface. Escalation paths can bring in further people if no response comes back.

Customers are companies and organisations across industries, including banks, hospitals, schools, energy suppliers, logistics firms and public authorities. The website names customers such as Erste Group Bank, RINGANA and Lenzing. The software is sold as a subscription priced per user per month, with separate alarming and crisis-management packages.

The company states that it has more than 20 years of experience in alarming and that its platform is used by 5,000 customers and 350,000 users. Its headquarters are in Vienna, and it is an associated member of the Disaster Competence Network Austria (DCNA). An open full-stack developer position (Java, Spring Boot, Angular, backend focus) in Vienna is listed.
